She researched the market in my neighborhood, toured numerous homes and talked with other realtors to determine an appropriate asking price for my home. Her recommended price was higher than I would have expected, but in retrospect, it was correct. There was a lot of interest in the home and many people toured it each week. I signed the contract with Joanie to list my home early in March and accepted a full price offer 12 days later (exceptional, given the housing market at the time.)! She called me every time I needed to take the next step in the process and followed up with the other realtor to ensure he accomplished his tasks in a timely manner.
